Common questions
The currency converter shows "Offline, last known rates"
That means the app couldn't reach the ADIB rate source, usually because your device is offline. The numbers you see are the last successfully fetched rates, with the timestamp shown on the screen. The next time the device has connectivity, opening the tool will refresh them.
The on-device AI assistant says "Not available on this device"
The assistant uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework, which needs iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone. The app deliberately has no cloud fallback for this; when the device qualifies, the screen activates automatically.
The PDF text extractor returned nothing
That PDF probably has no embedded text; it's a scan of a paper document, not a digital export. Try the Image OCR tool instead: drop the PDF page as a photo and Apple's Vision framework will read the text.
Translation gives me odd results
The translator uses the free MyMemory API. It's solid on short phrases between major language pairs; on long paragraphs or rare language pairs it can drift. For high-stakes translation, double-check with a native speaker.
I want my data deleted
The app does not collect any data. The only thing it stores is on your own device (in UserDefaults): your last currency selection, your high scores, your last cached rates payload. Deleting the app from your phone wipes all of it.

Email saeed@nabadcs.ae with what you were doing and what happened. If it's a UI bug, a screenshot helps a lot. I won't pretend I'll fix everything, but I will read it.
