50% deposit secures your slot. I build in 7-14 days, share a private preview link mid-way for feedback, then apply one full revision round.

Handover

Final balance due. I deploy to your domain, transfer all assets, and walk you through how to make edits yourself if you want to.

FAQ.

Common questions
Do I own the website?

Entirely. You get the source code, the design, the domain, the hosting account. Nothing is rented from me. If you want to move it somewhere else later, you can.

How long does it really take?

Most projects ship in 7-14 days from the day the deposit clears. Priority delivery is 3-5 days. Complex e-commerce or multilingual builds may need 14-21 days. Quoted timeline is honest, not optimistic.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

One full revision round is included. Beyond that, additional revisions are billed at a flat AED 299 each. Most projects need only the included round.

Can I edit it myself after handover?

Yes. The source is plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no framework to learn, no build step. I include a 15-minute video walkthrough showing how to change text, swap images, and push edits to Cloudflare.

What's not included?

Domain registration fees (around AED 40-60 per year for most TLDs), commercial font licences (if you want one outside the free options), Stripe transaction fees, and third-party service subscriptions (like Mailchimp). All are paid to those providers directly, not me.

Refund policy?

The deposit is fully refundable until I begin work (usually the day after deposit clears). Once design begins, the deposit is non-refundable but unused work credits roll forward for 12 months. Full refund if I fail to deliver on the agreed timeline.

Do you do ongoing maintenance?

Optional. The 3-month bundle covers one small edit per week. After that, ad-hoc edits are AED 149 each, or you handle it yourself. Bug fixes within the first 60 days are always free.

Where are you based? Currency?

Nabad Computer Solutions LLC — Abu Dhabi, UAE. All prices and Stripe charges are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). International cards welcome — your bank handles the conversion at its own rate. Bank wires in AED, USD, EUR or GBP accepted on request. Invoices issued for tax or accounting on request.
